David Watt, Chairman
Dave holds the distinction of being the first resident of East Rockhill Township to serve on the Perkasie Regional Authority Board. His perspective and experience as an East Rockhill Township resident and Authority customer provide a valuable perspective that had been absent from the Board since the 1970s.
Dave and his family have lived in East Rockhill Township for more than 15 years and have been Perkasie Regional Authority water customers since the beginning. He previously served on the East Rockhill Township Planning Commission and currently serves as a member of the East Rockhill Township Zoning Hearing Board.
Dave was appointed to the Authority Board in 2008 to fill a vacancy. He was subsequently reappointed by the Borough of Perkasie to five-year terms in January 2010, January 2015, January 2020, and January 2025. His current term will expire at the end of 2029.
J. Thomas Horn, Vice-Chairman
Tom Horn was first appointed to the Perkasie Regional Authority Board in April 2006. He was subsequently reappointed to five-year terms in January 2011, January 2016, January 2021, and January 2026. His current term will expire at the end of 2030.
Tom holds the distinction of being the first second-generation Board Member to serve on the Authority. His father, Stanley Horn, served on the Board during the early 1970s. A lifelong Perkasie native, Tom continues to call the community home and resides on Ridge Road.
Stephen Algeo, Treasurer
Steve Algeo was appointed to the Perkasie Regional Authority Board in 2016 to fill a vacancy left by Ben Rainear, serving the remainder of that term through 2018. The Borough of Perkasie subsequently reappointed Steve to five-year terms in 2019 and 2024. His current term will expire at the end of 2028.
Steve holds the distinction of being the second second-generation Board Member to serve on the Authority. His father, James Algeo, also served on the Perkasie Regional (Borough) Authority Board.
A lifelong Perkasie native, Steve and his wife reside on South 9th Street in Perkasie. His longstanding connection to the community and the Authority provides valuable local perspective to the Board.
Victoria Miller, Secretary
Vicki was first appointed to the Board in 2023 on a 5-year term that is set to expire at the end of 2027.
She joined the Board to give back to the community after being employed with the NJ DEP in the sewage and drinking water field for 37 years. She resides on Sugarbush Drive in Perkasie and is also an active member of the Perkasie Garden Club.
Gregory Martin, Assistant Secretary/Treasurer
Greg was first appointed to the Board in 2024 on a 2-year term that is set to expire at the end of 2026.
Greg brings 30 years of Information Security and Information Technology Management experience to the Board. Greg and his wife have lived in Perkasie since 1994.
