Perkasie Borough Authority

Perkasie Borough Authority provides water supply/distribution and sewer collection services to the Borough of Perkasie as well as water supply distribution services to neighboring East Rockhill Township and to portions of West Rockhill Township and Hilltown Township.

As the community served by the Authority has grown from 50 services in 1895 to 3,469 services in 2001 the goal of providing potable (safely drinkable) water remains the same. With a staff of 10 people, the Authority works daily to ensure a safe supply of drinking water for its consumers and an adequate supply of water for use in a fire emergency situation.

The Authority strives to achieve the most efficient, conservation conscious operation by regularly monitoring, upgrading, and updating its systems.
