The Board of Perkasie Borough Authority is comprised of five members appointed by Perkasie Borough Council for five-year terms. These members are volunteers and receive no compensation for their service. The Board meets twice monthly on the first Monday and Third Tuesday at 7:00pm in PBA's office conference room. The meetings are open to the public.

Benjamin Rainear,  Chairman

Ben, who is retired from Merck & Co., Inc., has lived in the Perkasie area for twenty seven years and resides on 6th Street with his wife, Kathy. He and Kathy have three children.

Ben has also served on the Perkasie Borough Council.

Brian Triplett, Vice Chairman

Brian was appointed to the Board in January of 2005 by the Perkasie Borough Council.

He lives on N. Main St., has been a Perkasie resident for 15 years and has four grown children.

As well as serving on the PBA Board, Brian is currently serving on the Board of PWTA. 

Brian was previously affiliated with the Lions Club as a Regional Chairman and served as a Commissioner with the Boy Scouts of America.

Lawrence E. Gular, Secretary

Perkasie Borough Council appointed Lawrence Gular to the Board in July 2006. 

Larry has been a Perkasie resident for 18 years.  He and his wife Amy live on E. Walnut Street and have two grown children. 

Thomas Horn, Treasurer

Tom was appointed by Perkasie Borough Council to the Board in April 2006. 

Harry McGonigal, Assistant Secretary/Treasurer

Harry was appointed by Perkasie Borough Council to the Board in January 2008.

Flag and Citation Presentation

Prior to the February 17, 2004 Board Meeting, then PBA Board Secretary Thomas Walter (right) presented to Board Chairman Robert Wasson an American flag and citation.  The flag was flown by Captain Thomas Walter during a C-130E combat mission on Sept. 3, 2003 over Iraq.
